WILLEM NOLTES

Mr. Noltes has over 17 years of investment banking experience including all aspects of structured finance as well as equity and debt financing.

He began his investment banking career in the corporate finance division of Swiss Bank Corporation in London, England. While at Swiss Bank, he managed complex interest rate and currency swap transactions and Euro commercial paper programs for multinational corporations. He was then recruited by Lehman Brothers International to join its European Equity Capital Group.

In 1994, Mr. Noltes married an Alabama Native and moved to Atlanta where he utilized his extensive international investor network to launch Wilken Capital Corporation, an independent hedge fund and financial consulting firm. He raised over $500 million for investment in U.S. real estate and financial assets.

A Dutch native, Mr. Noltes holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Utrecht, a masters Degree in Law from the University of Leyden and is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German. Mr. Noltes is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows.
