Realty Holdings, LLC, a privately held company with offices in
Birmingham, AL and Atlanta, GA, specializes in the ownership,
acquisition and management of Class AAA+ apartment properties.
The properties, which we have acquired, are
generally the superior quality built product in that market. We focus
on properties primarily in the Sunbelt States. We give careful
consideration to the aesthetics of the surrounding environment and to
the location of our properties. Our current portfolio of acquisitions in GA, NC
and TX made in 2006 and 2007 exhibits one or more of the following
characteristics: Our Strategy is to target at acquiring high
quality properties with strong fundamentals, attractive risk/return
profiles and substantial opportunity for both short and long-term
capital appreciation.
These targets drive us to be operating under the
radar screen as much as possible, staying away from bidding contests.
