GUY SAVAGE

Mr. Savage is a leader with a proven record in the multi-family property arena. He has significant experience directing complex real estate projects from conception to fully operational status, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate property acquisition, development and property management fields.

Prior to founding Investment Realty Holdings, LLC, he managed over 30,000 units maintaining 95% or higher occupancy levels. Over a period of five years, company assets grew from $40 million in acquisitions to over $500 million annually.

Mr. Savage's responsibilities included: product selection, site development, finance procurement and marketing of apartment communities. He also directed staff in the marketing and selling of more than $240 million in condominium units and directly oversaw the recruitment and retention of supervisors and staff of over 300 employees.

He holds a business finance degree from the University of Illinois as well as numerous courses completed at the Institute of Real Estate Management.
